RED STEEL
Red Steel is a five-piece rock band from Halden, Norway, known for their striking makeup, theatrical stagewear, and a genre-blending sound that fuses modern heavy rock with elements of pop and electronic music. Their bold visual identity and captivating performances have carved out a distinct space in the Norwegian rock scene — and beyond.
Since their formation in 2020, Red Steel has built a devoted fanbase on TikTok, amassing over 115 000 followers and 50 million views, thanks to their mix of high-energy music content and a flair for showmanship that resonates with a new generation of rock fans.
The band was founded by guitarist Marius (25), who soon brought in his brother Jesper (28) on guitar and Sebastian (21) on bass. Not long after, vocalist Haakon (26) joined the lineup, reuniting former bandmates as the Andersen brothers and Haakon had played together years earlier.
In 2025, the group caught wind of a young, wild drummer living just a few miles away. Intrigued, they reached out and arranged a meeting. It was love at first sight, and Ola (19) officially joined as their drummer, completing the band’s current lineup.
Despite their young age, Red Steel has already played some of Norway’s biggest stages — including a coveted spot at Tons of Rock — and shared bills with major national rock acts. Their debut EP "We Were Never Here" set for release in fall 2025, marks the beginning of a bold new era for the band.
Red Steel isn’t just about music, it’s about the full experience. Every song, concert, and piece of content is crafted to feel like a show, blending sound, visuals, and emotion into something unforgettable. From explosive and fun live performances to entertaining TikToks, Red Steel is constantly pushing boundaries to engage their audience on every level.
"Our mission is to create more than just a band — we’re building a world our fans can step into, feel part of, and never want to leave."
